Untold is a charity working to develop and amplify the work of writers marginalised by community or conflict. Its editors and translators work collaboratively with writers to develop their craft, connect them to one another, and share their stories with readers worldwide. Write Assamese replicates Untold’s Write Afghanistan project, which resulted in the publication of My Pen is the Wing of a Bird, now sold for translation in several territories.
